Today on our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, we’re going to be doing a test fit of the Thule Hyper XL. This is going to be your 17 cubic feet of cargo space rooftop cargo box, coming in the nice two-tone silver and black finish. Granted, this one is a little scratched up, but when you get yours it’s going to be brand new and looking nice. Part number is going to be TH612. You’re going to have your nice open feet on the bottom side, just make sure they are open and ready to receive your crossbars. We’ll put it up there and see how it looks. First thing that you want to do is set it up into place, in a round about location that you want it, moving it to where it is lined up with your crossbars, and all the feet are on either side. Just like so.

Now lets move it to the center, and we’ll go ahead and show you the inside and how to secure it. Go ahead and turn that to the unlock position and open it right on up. Once you are on the inside, you’ll then tighten down the feet until they click. That’s when you know that they are going to be tight and secure. After that, go ahead and close it up and we’ll move over to the other side. Always remember to lock each side before moving to the next. Open it up and repeat that same process.

Very easy to use and it looks good. Close it up, lock it, and you’re ready to hit the road with your all new Thule Hyper XL rooftop mounted cargo box. Part number TH612 on our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. .
