[text on screen] All vehicles properly equipped to receive connected services come with a 3-month trial of the full suite of connected services effective from the date of purchase or lease of a new vehicle. Enrollment in the trial is required to receive service. Upon expiration of the trial period, purchase of a subscription is required to continue or renew services. Services are available only on equipped vehicles purchased within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Services can only be used where cellular coverage is available. See the applicable Terms of Service for complete terms and conditions, including service limitations.
[voice over] Did you know select vehicles are equipped with Connected Services functionality that allows you to stay connected and in control of your vehicle from virtually anywhere at any time? You can conveniently manage your favorite Ram Connect features including remote operations, navigation, safety, security, and more.
After logging into your account using the same credentials to get into your Ram’s smartphone app or Mopar.com login, you will land on your vehicle’s dashboard page. You will find web tiles informing you of your active/in-active trials or current subscriptions
You can manage subscriptions either by clicking on the Buy button on the web tile or by clicking on Manage Subscriptions.
Click the More button to learn about the available packages. When you are ready to make a purchase, select either a monthly or annual subscription that best fits your needs and click Buy.
Once you are at the checkout page, you can see a preview of your order, select payment method, and provide billing information. If necessary, adjustments to your subscription selections can be made. Your subscription will start when your trial period ends. Your current connected services will not be interrupted as you transition from trial to paid subscription.
Then, click on Complete Purchase and view a summary of your transaction.
