The Oceano Dunes SVRA has NEVER been closed to the vehicle use, due to Covid 19 the park was shut down to slow the spread of the virus. Oceano AKA Pismo Dunes is now reopen and is limited to 1k day use only and street legal vehicles only. With the dunes being closed to OHV use the terrain has became rough and the dunes have became soft and extremely sharp. If you go out take extreme caution. you can see we came up on a couple vehicles which rolled at low speeds thankfully no one was hurt!
