This motor has been setup to run a generator. The Governors America Corp. Control module will monitor engine RPM and subsequently control the actuator which is linked to the Fuel Control Lever, Not the Throttle. The throttle is set to around 2000 RPM but the control module keeps the fuel constrained to obtain 1500-1525 RPM. When load is applied, any droop in RPM will cause the control module to open the Fuel Control Valve to maintain a constant RPM.
