Took the 2016 AWD DD in for some pulls with bolt ons to see what kind of gains have been made. This is a mustang dyno, a dyno jet would read a little higher. I’m confident in saying 15-20 for both, HP & TQ for sure. Truck was fully warmed up and made 3 pulls.

CAI, 180 stat, Catch Can, Kooks LT headersw/ High-flow cats, Borla S-Type cat back , Diablo Tuner, Jay Greene tuning
From the factory this thing came with 360 HP & 390 TQ. To get block #s use 20-25% for drivetrain loss.
Now it’s rocking 400-425 bhp and 432-461 lb/ft, and I believe it’s on the higher number because it’s an awd automatic and the tend to lose more than other applications.
