The new Magnum is a terrific looking vehicle that will get your next-door neighbors talking as you rumble around the block. The distinct styling of the Magnum will also attract gawkers in the kind of 18-22 years of age men pointing for their buddies to “check that out”. Considering that Mercedes bought Chrysler, the Dodge cars I’ve tested have had a sharp improvement in interior quality. While on the road, the vehicle is very solid and the seats are comfy even on long highway runs. As much as I like the looks, after owning it a while I truly have to question the design idea that the Magnum deals. It is a station wagon developed to transport a great deal of people and a great deal of stuff. However mating this with an effective engine with the taught racing-like suspension is uncomfortable for both. It resembles having a Corvette tow a little trailer, and you remain in the trailer and the Corvette motorist is 15 years-old, pushing the vehicle to its limits. (Only a real Corvette has a a lot more comfy suspension than the Magnum). Even owning on smooth roadways, the steering is very darty and tough to control. And with a big vehicle, all that weaving and road feedback is overemphasized for the passengers and everything you’ve saved in the back.
